::Very secure policy on entering permisis. Understood and didn't mind waiting outside the gates to meet a friend residing. However no proper waiting area and had to move the car all the time. Beautiful place!!

::Too much noise everyday, you will not be able to sleep , management keep promise to solve the problems but unfortunately they didn’t, another issue which I found uncomfortable is you will hear everything that your neighbour doing it might the isolation problem other than this the building looks nice and new but to be honest it doesn’t worth it
