  The hotel is connected to a mall (supposed to be the largest one in Bandar Seri Begawan). However, the shops there are mainly selling local products. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The main disadvantage is the poor wifi connection. I am not able to connect to wifi in my room and even at the lobby the connection is unstable and slow. But you can buy a tourist package sim card for $10 brunei dollar at the mobile phone shop in the mall adjacent to the hotel.

  Deserves only 4 stars, yet this building is not new or ol. It needs renovations.

  Comfortable, friendly staff basic nature of Bruneians overall no complaints...
