  This place is best because they have a residency bldg that you can buy or rent and its surrounded by a different shops like clothing lines restaurants grocery etc. You can also do your cycling and jogging near the lake. And when you cross the long bridge you can go to otber places in kiulap theres a lot to see in there like kiulap malls and cinema. I really loved this place
