::Horrible service and very slow during peak times. Staff are unfriendly and unmotivated, I believe they are understaffed. Went there for get settlements amount for my car but the staff refused (in fact quite rudely) and gave me remaining balance instead. I don't need to go to the counter to find that out did I? It's simple maths. Left there truly dissatisfied, At-Tamwil you really need to improve.
