  Very accommodating staff, they clean the room almost everyday, they change towels everyday., free buffet breakfast and its also delicious.

  Cheap accommodation and I highly recommended! They provide washing machine, kettle, iron, Astro TV, Aicond, Pantry, Cooking Area (Electric Stove) with Pan provided and it just feels like your own home. Walking to Yayasan Complex and Kg Ayer takes you 10 minutes of walking...

  I got a decent room come with all the necessary and usual facilities inside. The wifi was excellent. The breakfast was nice. Spacious bathroom. All areas clean and tidy. The price is excellent as well.

  Clean. Comfy. Walk to the waterfront in 10 minutes. Friendly service. Onsite cafe, with all amenities in great condition. Small local stores within 5 mins walk of the property.
