::Expire Debit card without notification via sms or online account. Debit card took more than 3 weeks. Online bill payment does not include Progresif Cellular. Hotline Calls verification asked too many questions like account and passport numbers (who would remember them). Do not update debit card application status in centralized database. Inefficient bank - as it implies - only a standard local bank - not outstanding local bank.
