  Great location shops and shopping all nearby. just need to walk 10 mins from here to Gadong night market. Bus stop is in from of The Mall. the price includes everything and free towels

  This hostel feel really comfy and price is great. It is near “ The Mall “ Brunei best place for shopping . And MINIINN is surrounded by restaurant and grocery shops. The worker are very helpful and most importantly minding their own business. Though at night it’s very quiet around as most of the shop closes at 9:30pm. Overall I have good experience here.

  I like to stay this guesthouse because the room was very super clean and the bed look so smart like a 4 star design and also towel very clean and nice smell. The floor was very clean... No dirty....the front desk is very helpful person/friendly/lucky guy that I ever met... When I enter the room I book double room and I ask... Wow.. This is look amazing and very perfect... Who made the bed and the towel look perfect? And the front desk said. I did..Sir . I say Young man.. This bed is very fantastic... And very lovely.. And he also show to me where the bathroom.the way he talk to me was very polite and so gentlemen.... I would like to stay here guesthouse again

  As my intro, I actually wanted to give none of those stars above for Miniinn Guest House. Why? Here are our opinions walk in customer for tonight. First of all, the management didn't provide any proper signboard or proper photo of their EXACT location, which end up made my friend and I literally took 10 mins searching for the place. Secondly, once we found the place on the 2nd floor, we properly ask the receiptionist whom a guy, if there's any room or beds available currently. In reply, he questioned us back, the choices of room that we wanted to check in. Then my friend replied him that we wanted a single bedroom for 2 pax, which then he only answered that "It is full" (with those snobbish attitude) In the mean time, the guy so-called jokingly offered my friend, a place to sit, BUT there's only SHOE RACK FULL OF SHOES. As matter of fact, there is NO SEAT available there. (if you would like to act friendly with your customers in a way like that, I suggested that THERE ARE BETTER WAYS rather than doing insensitivity, foolish jokes) After encountered that kind of treatment,my friend still inquire about whether there is any rooms that they can offer to us. HOWEVER this time, the guy answered again, "It is full." We clarify with him this time again, whether he meant that the place is full. Then he nodded in agreement, instead of saying "Sorry, we don't have any available room to offer". In conclusion, here'a piece of advice if the management do have time to read this review; KINDLY PLEASE, do educate your team again with all those BASIC KNOWLEDGE of how to deal your customers PROPERLY AND WISELY. P.S: THIS TREATMENT IS SUCH A SHAME TO OUR OWN LOCALS HERE. PLEASE ACT IN WELL-MANNERED, CIVILISED WAY SO THAT WE, BRUNEIANS, PROUD TO GRIP THE VISION OF WAWASAN NEGARA 2035 Sincerely best regards, Disappointed walk-in customers :)
