::In all honesty, I believe that the Brunei postal service still needs a lot of improvement. For example, the EMS can sometime takes up to 4 to 5 days, which I wouldn't consider as speedy enough. In countries like the US and Malaysia (which are very big countries) for example, they can get the parcels delivered to their destinations within 24 hours, and that's going over the oceans. Even parcel that is brought to the post office at night in Kuala Lumpur can reach Sarawak by noon the very next day. In the US, when we pay for courier services, they can keep their word. Parcels from the US can reach Brunei in 4 days. If you're lucky, sometimes even 3 days. Now, a very small country like Brunei should by right be able to get parcels delivered within 24 hours. Maximum 2 days. Otherwise customers should be given the "your money back" guarantee. We pay $4 for a slow service? Well, I think that's just not fair!

::The post office is really outdated! Seriously! Their website is not connected to their storage database!! It's impossible to track anything. How can you ensure your customers' belongings are safe?? The post should be updated with proper computers to do their job. Post office nowadays are more geared towards online shopping, come on people. Their website looks ancient and they don't even have an email posted in the website to contact!
