  This is by far the most atrocious and appalling service I’ve ever experienced. This was now the 2nd order in succession that was cancelled. 1st time they made me wait for 50 mins on my daughters birthday they let me know last minute that they couldn’t bring my order anymore and I also couldn’t order elsewhere because it was too late. The 2nd time the app said it’ll take 60 min to deliver but after the app refreshed, it said 2 and a half hours waiting time and I had to cancel again. PLEASE DON’T SUPPORT THEM, this was worse than bad service, we’re utterly disgusting by how they treated us and also did nothing for member service. 👎🏻 1 star is too many for them

  I've been using foodpanda for awhile now and so far I am quite satisfied with its services. Can you guys add Ideal or Jing Chew to foodpanda? I love their Jing Chew's buttermilk bun, it would be awesome if you can deliver to my place!

  Even though the delivery time is average at 50 minutes. I can still focus and do my work without worrying about when my food will arrive. So, when it arrives I can just enjoy it. When it is your lucky day, It may even arrive below 50 minutes time frame (such as 30 mins - 40 mins). Keep it up!

  It's so convenient for my lunch hour which is only an hour. I don't need to go out and rush through the traffic jams to get my food and go back to the office. I can now rest and choose from lots of restaurant choices! Thanks foodpanda.
