  very bad and rude customer service. I came to get approval for computer loan. waited almost 3 hours as only 2 people were working. it was only 10am.

  Horrible service and very slow during peak times. Staff are unfriendly and unmotivated, I believe they are understaffed. Went there for get settlements amount for my car but the staff refused (in fact quite rudely) and gave me remaining balance instead. I don't need to go to the counter to find that out did I? It's simple maths. Left there truly dissatisfied, At-Tamwil you really need to improve.

  Very slow. Been waiting for more than 2 hours just to be told that they do not offer such service here. Sh*tty bank.
